Individual Therapy

 

One-on-one sessions for adults, adolescents, or children. Individual therapy provides a safe place to explore your thoughts and emotions, process your history, learn healthy coping skills, and gain insight into making desired changes. Some common issues include depression, anxiety, processing traumatic experiences, eating disorders, self-harm, struggling in relationships, parenting, faith crises, self-confidence, and addictive behaviors. 

Couples Therapy

Sessions that include both partners in a relationship, though occasional individual sessions can also be helpful. Couples therapy provides opportunities to improve communication, work through problems, reduce resentment, and increase relationship satisfaction. Common couples issues include problematic secretive behaviors, frequent conflict, sexual problems, difficulty with each other's emotions, healing from past hurts, parenting, and dealing with extended family.
